Sarah White, CMT, CYT, Certified Meditation Coach

Sarah White (she/her) listens to the body from the lens of a trauma-informed artist. Her studies of bodies, human nature, and exploration began with fascination as a child, and continues to be a north star on her path with purpose.

She has studied and received certifications in various yoga schools, Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Thai massage, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Freedom Meditation, Breathwork, Fire Cupping, Community Coaching in Healing Justice, Holistic & Intuitive Cooking, and is currently stewarding 40 acres of land with a small Black community.

She is passionate about relieving neck and back pain / chronic pain, subtle body and nervous system support, and getting to the root of the way emotions and trauma can affect our tissues and patterns.
