What to Expect: Initial Consult

The Big Picture

The initial session is an opportunity to get a full picture of you, your health goals, daily routine, nutrition habits, and, if applicable, your training or activity level. It’s a relaxed conversation where I’ll get to know what your day-to-day life looks like, what’s working well, and where you may be experiencing challenges with food and nutrition.

Collaborative Planning

We’ll also explore your relationship with food, discuss any concerns or barriers you’ve been facing, and identify what kind of support will be most helpful for you. Together, we’ll develop realistic, personalized next steps that fit your lifestyle.
