Resilience Ritual

Join board-certified health coaches Megan Hadley & Emily Ness for a 75-minute experience designed to support your nervous system, reconnect you to your body’s wisdom, and offer space for reflection and rest, both personal and collective.

Each month, we explore a different theme through gentle, trauma-informed practices like meditation, movement, breathwork, and journaling. Our intention is to create a space where you can slow down, listen inward, and reconnect to your inner capacity for healing and change.

This month, we’ll focus on the Third Eye & Crown Chakras.

This space is especially for people in transformative change devoted to carving more time out for their self and collective care —people feeling the weight of the world and looking for an honest, supportive space to soften, reflect, and reconnect.

Resilience Ritual

Join us on August 21st for our next Resilience Ritual, a grounding, embodied experience centered on the throat chakra—our energetic home for truth, communication, and self-expression. Through yogic postures, breathwork, creating sounds, and witnessing, we’ll explore the places where our voices have been silenced or softened—and begin to reconnect with the messages we most need to express.

Whether you're holding back in your work, relationships, or inner dialogue, this 75-minute gathering is a space to listen inward, release tension, and share aloud (only if it feels safe).

This space is especially for people in transformative change devoted to carving more time out for their self and collective care —people feeling the weight of the world and looking for an honest, supportive space to soften, reflect, and reconnect.
